you know what is more painful? This truth

Revelations 13:16-18
16. He also forced everyone, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark in his right hand or on his forehead,
17. so that no one could buy or sell unless he had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of his name.
18. This calls for wisdom. If anyone has insight, let him calculate the number of the beast, for it is man's number. His number is 666.

You need to be aroused. Not only will your being sexually aroused help you produce natural lubrication, which will help everything go much better, but when aroused, the uterus actually ascends a little bit, stretching and lengthening the vaginal canal. Not to mention that when you are sexually aroused, your pain threshold rises significantly- not meaning that first-time sex won't be painful, but if you're more turned on, it's going to be less painful then if you aren't. You want to take lots of time with foreplay and make sure you're very aroused before starting penetration (and, as always, lubrication is key- if you aren't producing much naturally, then bring on the bottled stuff!).

You also want to be relaxed; the more relaxed you are, the more relaxed and less tense your muscles will be, allowing for a little more ease in penetration.

And lastly, if you can, you can try stretching yourself out a little bit so that you can accommodate something larger later- using a small toy, and then slightly larger, or one and then more fingers, so you get used to it and are less tight and will consequently have less pain.

Make sure to go slow, and remember that sex shouldn't hurt- at the most, it should be uncomfortable, but not excruciating. If it is, don't try to keep going.

Hope that helps.

Yes. Have sex with a woman. It's better than a man, she knows what to do and she won't hurt you or get you pregnant. Guys know nothing about the(Y) because they feel no pain during sex. Some women have lots of intercourse and it always feels bad for no reason. Everyone is different. Hope it doesn't go that way with you.

Well, the first time hurts for both men and women, my adivce: Take it slow, just make "it" foreplay to begin with, until you loosen up and relax more. But remember to have fun, and besides, you never know. Some people like a little pain with their pleasure. Just be safe and be happy (or try).

Good humping! (^_^)

My girlfriend had this problem and we sort of dealt with it together...Ummm....Consider it the same way a band aid but it takes a bit longer. Sorry, I am I guy but I could easily see what she was going through, but we took it slow and eventually her body became accustomed to it and the pleasure came back like it did the first time....Just give it some time (with the same person!--I should not have to say that but you never know...) and after 3 or 4 times you should be able to accept him.

There is only two things that can truly help with that. The first is to have a loving and VERY slow partner who's more than willing to forgo their foreplay for yours. Secondly, your own constitution. If you think it'll hurt like all hell, then it will. If you believe it won't hurt any, if at all, then it won't. No lie G.I.!
