tell me something that is Always OUT OF ORDER?

I was reading people's answers and even though I agree with most of them (machines, man-made devices, etc. are usually out of order), it got me thinking... if something is ALWAYS OUT OF ORDER, then isn't it always IN ORDER in itself...
I don't know if that makes sense, but I think order can mean being in a state of peace. So if something is ALWAYS out of order, isn't it ALWAYS in a peaceful state in its own being?...

...I guess it depends on the meaning of ORDER that you're asking about...

Out of anybody hand :-

1- Tornadoes... ( where , when , why ?? )
2- Earthquakes.. ( Where , when , Why ?? )
3- Death .. ( means most people died unpredictably ).
4- Sickness .. you don't know if you gonna be healthie next month or sick .. alive or not ..
you wanna more ??? just look around ..

Something about your own self :-

1- The thought .. ( most of times you can not know what you will think about tomorrow .. or even after 5 minutes ) ..
2- Desire .. ( how many times you think a day about sex/ eating/ needing free time/ meeting a friend or a lover / etc.. ) you can schedule your own desire ??
3- Love .. ( Can you schedule and make in order when / where / who/ why/ how you will love someone ) ??
4- Urination / Defecation :- wonder if anybody knows and time and order this physical urges .. for one day from now .. not to say a week .... lol

Yet there is alot more ...

So what is your opinion ??? if that about something about our own selves .. how anything else others do we can say it is in order ???
