she is an idiot and this isnt the first time she has had problems with the law...everyone should be punished for whatever they have done including THE BIG STARS. it isnt fair to the rest of the world they get away with murder or anything else and the rest of us are thrown behind bars and dont have the money to buy off lawyers or anyone else...

I agree. Paris Hilton should go directly to jail.
