Dog vs. Porcupine.....how can this possibily happen?

A vet sedated the dog, and then removed a total of 1,347 quills.
The dog survived, and hopefully learned a valuable lesson.......

Yes it IS very possible. MORE so since you have pictures of it. MAN that dog wanted the porcupine for sure. And I was going to tell you exactly what you continued on with as far as the vet thing goes. I grew up in the country so I have seen this before first hand. OH BTW, yes it will NOT happen again. NOT with this dog anyway.

Yep, sure can. The quill is the porcupine's main defense. I'm guessing that poor pooch tried to corner one and paid the price. Doubt he'll do that again, lol.

Possibly not. The dog looks like an American Staffordshire Terrier, very loyal to their master. I wonder if this was, indeed, the DOGS idea of fun...

it is possible.. i mean what human would take the time to put 1,347 quills and set that up? i wonder wha tthe porquipine looked like afterwards..
