What are those really little white bumps that are around your nipple.. on the pink part.. and why do some people have them and some people dont?

Bumps around the nipples are usually mammary glands, The purpose of these glands is to help women deliver milk to babies when they are breastfeeding. It could also be a result of calcium build- up, which is normal. The third thing that it could be is fibrocystic breast disease, which isint really a disease at all, its just a result of breast tissue changing.
