what can you do to stop your period early?

It is not healthy to do so. But, there are new birth control pills on the market that shortens them to say 2 days at most. You need to talk to your GYN or family practioner. They have been proven safe, but new studies in the AMA journal to cause complications in future as in infertilization, endometriosis, increases infection rate and can lead to clots forming in the body else where and they can dislodge and move causing a stroke or heart attack. Please check with your physician.

There really is nothing you can do to stop your period. There are things that will slow down your period, like people on here have already suggested, but that's all it will do. Birth Control is probably the only thing that will cause you to have a short period.

There is only a certain amount of blood in there, so once it's all out, the period is over. You can make it come out faster though. I found that having sex makes it come out faster and ends it sooner, but you have to have an orgasm, the contractions squeeze the blood out. And it makes you feel better too!

Why would you want to do that? Start taking the pill it reduces your menstrual cycle or the injection can stop it all together.

there is nothing you can do to "stop it" but ive found if u sit or stand mor eit seems to flow faster wich would make it possibley be a few days

when i asked the doctor this he said to take 3 motrin every 4 hours and it will stop/slow it. but ask your doc if its ok for you

taking a shower may slow it down for like 45 mins but it will come right back.
