Piccadilly line to Holborn and Central line to Marble Arch is the easiest as there's an escalator between the two at Holborn, if you're carrying luggage. Slightly shorter is to change at Green Park and get the Jubilee line to Bond Street then Central line from there.

Piccadilly line from Heathrow to Green Park, then change for Jubilee Line, and get off at next stop (Bond Street), then Central line to Marble Arch...again, only one stop away...easy peasy!
