Depending on which one it is...
Right click next to a tool bar at the top of the screen, and click on the checked toolbar you don't want.
If it is a toolbar that came with your computer's OS elements, great...if it isn't, you've clicked on something, or been victimised by a "drive-by download." For the last, if you are lucky, you can remove it in your add/remove programs function in your Control Centre, otherwise...let's not go there.

What toolbar is it? Do you just want to remove it or uninstall it? Is it in a specific program? Internet Explorer or something else? If you just don't want to see it anymore, you can usually just right click it, then uncheck it from the resulting list. If it's something you installed and want to uninstall you should do that from Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel.

Name of the toolbar?
There are hundreds of different toolbars that are installed without ones knowledge by spyware and adware, all with different removal procedures.

There should be something in options or tools. Maybe in the control panel, but probably not.
