If you want a few copies :
Go to Yahoo Photos and see the offers there, they are likely to be like what you would pay in many shops too.

If you want a small run, like 100, go to your local print shop, or search the web for printers that take on-line orders.
Price per item is likely to be lower but you will have to pay for the lot.

A big run, like thousands, will cost little, like a dollar each, depending on what you want and where you order, but contact several printers in your country/state for a real cost indication, as they will differ greatly per area, size and things like binding.
