On Pokemon Diamond, where and how do I get the HM Rock Climb?

Go to the route on the way before snowpoint and on the west most side a bit before getting to the lake you'll see a house. Look directly to the northeast of it and you'll see something peeking out of the snow. Get it, its HM Rock Climb.
