i am sooooooo worried about something and i am starting to have headaches and joint/muscle pains, my bowels arent reg, but i cant get it off my mind and i feel horrible

a nice warm bubble bath with soft music and aromic candles=get your hubby to give you a massage=listen to relaxation music while laying down and concentrating on relaxing the body

find something that you like to do, like when ui go to the beach it is very rlaxing for me. try reading a book, i will help take your mind off of things, or even work out........that will help
