if you are using internet Explorer.. do this..
Tools > Internet Options > Del Cookies

On the address bar it's not cookies. It is called your History. Go to Tools>Internet Options>Delete History. Cookies are temporary files saved on your computer by websites to save preferences such as log in information. To delete cookies you do essentially the same thing but you click on delete cookies instead of History.

The addresses in your toolbar at the top of your screen are not cookies.
Clearing your cookies will have no effect on them.
You may have to clear your temp files (Same place you clear cookies, just below it). This *may* do it. Otherwise, 'fraid I don't know.
Having a "D'oh" moment.
Clear your History. I belive that that will do what you are asking.

go to tools and choose internet options. click on delete cookies. I think that's what you're looking for.
