Copper, yes. The base is often made of brass (a copper alloy), and the lead wires that carry current to the filament are a copper alloy. Because the wires double as supports in most bulbs, they're made of a stiffer and more heat-resistant alloy than the nearly pure copper used in normal wiring. So there probably isn't anything in the bulb that is pure copper.

yes it has some copper in it not cooper
