This is Golden States golden opportunity to pull off the hugest upset in nba history, yet if they don't win tonight's game, I doubt they'll win the 7th game. I think by the 7th game Mavs will have figured Golden State out. Also Golden State just isn't good on the road, I think they were 9 and 27 for the year in road games. This is a must win game for GS, if they don't win, I think their out.

Guys guys you have me all wrong, I'm not saying Golden State is going to lose tonight, never have I said that. I'm saying that if they don't win tonights game, I don't think they can win the 7th game due my reasons above. I think GS has a good chance of winning tonight, its just if they don't win tonight, I'm not to sure about their chances.

yep. it should be the best game of the series...if the refs stay out of the way.
I'm predicting a Mavs win though. They have won as many games on the road as the Warriors won at home.

No, I don't think they are out if they lose Game 6 and have to play a Game 7 in Dallas.
Anything can happen in a winner-take-all game. Players could get injured during or even prior to that game. So Dallas could be shorthanded, who knows.
Besides, Golden State is a fighting team and if they have to play a tough Game 7, they will give it their all. Dallas might be saddled with overconfidence again after gaining back the momentum and playing at home, so who knows what could happen.
Remember, although it's been done, it's still very tough to recover from a 3-1 deficit. Sometimes, the teams trailing by 3-1 manage to tie the series and go to Game 7, only to lose the final game, even if they play at home. Happened to Spurs versus Dallas last year, remember. And the Spurs were the defending champs!
That's why you play the games. You don't know what could happen. You have to win them on the court.
But I agree, the best solution for Warriors fans is for Golden State to close it out TONIGHT. Not allow the series to go to Game 7.

Daniel,
i agree with your statement. Dallas was lucky to get out of game 5 with a victory - and Dirk will not be able to be so clutch on the road (he has yet to show that he can do it back-to-back) being that Game 5 was the first time he really came through in the 4th quarter.
The Warriors will have their fans- and they must pull it out- because with the Mavs winning game 5 and game 6 should be the Warrirors best shot- if they don't take care of business tonight- you'll have Dallas believing they can win and all the bravado and momentum the Warriors had will be lost by losing two in a row.
If i'm Don Nelson- i'm telling my team that the Mavs are darn Lucky to have a game 6 and keep them believing they can do this- because nothing i've seen in the series has indicated that Dallas is the better team (at least head-to-head).
Kindly,
Nickster

Even though the Mavs trail 3 games to 2, they have to be favored to win this game and the series. I don't think the Warriors will be able to forget blowing a nine point lead in the final 3 minutes.

I think that the place will be rocking and with the support of gorgeous actresses Kate Hudson and Jessica Alba. The Golden State warriors will pull off the greatest upset in NBA history closing out the stupid Dallas Mavericks and their choker DIrk Nowitski

I definately agree with you. The mavericks are obviously a streak team, and i know that if they can make it to game 7 they will win. Dirk is the key factor for the mavs. The mavs need to stop Davis

Well if you watched any of the games you would know that Golden State is competitive with Dallas. And most of the time they out-hustled them. I wouldn't totally rule them out but the momentum is in Dallas' favor if it gets to that point. Plus a whistle friendly environment didn't hurt Dallas in game 5.

NO WAY! of course Golden State is going to win tonight! they've gotten a lot of points from fast breaks, and finding the open man, so if they just play like that then they're set.
