- Kawii (like Hamtaro)
- Giant robot/ love triangels( Vandread)
- humor (Host club)

But please feel free to share any of your faves (please no Yuri or Yaoi).

This isn't new but Azu Manga Daioh is really good. The Hellsing Ultimate OVA is new, and just came out with it's third episode recently but it is really violent.
Trigun is good, Fruits Basket is really popular if you haven't seen it. Love Hina? Bleach... Wolf's Rain? I am just naming titles I've seen bits of off the Top of my head...

There's a lot of them. From shoujo I should recommend Kamikaze Kaito Jeanne, Full moon wo sagashite and Fushigi Yuugi.Then Chobits, Pretear,Hana Yori Dango...There's a lot of them...^^'
