What are skills and characteristics of Foreign Services Officers?

1. Foreign language skills.
2. College degree.
3. Clean criminal and driving record.

You need to be able to pass the Foreign Service exam, background knowledge of International Politics, International Business, Diplomacy, some kind of a foreign language. You should be tolerant of other cultures, customs and rules. Flexible where you are going to live. (You can be changed every 2 years.)
