Yes. Go to the Corfu official tourist site (find it through typing Corfu, transport, ferry etc into Yahoo search) and they will have a flag-choice to use English or other languages, and you will find a tab for transport, which will include the bus and ferry timetables, and a number to ring to check further. There are ferries every day to the mainland, and scheduled bus services from Corfu to Athens, which include the ferry. (Athens is a long distance from the mainland port, so that would be handy if you're not taking a car.)

This is the website for KTEL, the Green Bus Service, described as the National Express of Greece. They give a timetable Corfu to Athens and it does not much matter which precise crossing they use. Bus Station, Corfu (00 33 26610) 39985. To quote them:
"KTEL serves the island (ie Corfu) as a whole, and runs some direct routes to major cities on the mainland. Information about connecting routes to other mainland cites can be obtained from the central bus station in Corfu Town. In recent years they have been replacing their fleet with modern air-conditioned vehicles and are comfortable and cheap.
This timetable is a little out of date and will be updated at some point later this summer. Use this page as a guide to what services are available rather than a de-facto timetable. Please check the local timetable before travelling
KTEL have a website, though it is still under construction and not all timetable information is available as yet."
Hope this helps!

Corfu is right next to the west coast of Greece, Athens is on the east coast. It is not very smart to have ferries making all the round of Greece to connect the two. So, ferries from Corfu go to Igoumenitsa, and then there is a bus going to Athens.
PS. I don't understand why non-Greeks feel they need to answer, if they don't have a clue about it. Athens is connected daily by ferry to all the Aegean islands, but not the Ionian ones. If you don't live in Greece, please don't misinform people!

Have a look at the following site
http://www.ferries.gr/
None shown from Corfu, those that go to the Greek mainland serve Patras 250km from Athens and Igoumenitsa 470km from Athens.
