I am searching everywhere to find maternity jeans that fit me! My pre pregnancy size is a 24waist/0. I tried Gap's, Old Navy, and some maternity stores but their 0's and small sizes were falling off of me. Does anyong know of other places I can try?

I normally wear Paige Premium Denim jeans, but their maternity jeans start at size 26 (grrrr!) I can still fit my jeans but i just can't zip them up! This is getting frustrating!

Hi, I had the same problem when I was pregnant. I ended up buying regular jeans, just bigger sizes until I could fit into maternity jeans and pants. Also, Motherhood maternity has petite small pants that fit well on me, but were just a bit short. Some ppl may suggest Liz Lange, the maternity line at Target, but those pants were big on me, too. Although, I did end up getting some with a stretch band and drawstring so I could make them fit more comfortably. I found those on target.com. Good luck. I once felt that pain, but now I am starting to grow out of the maternity size smalls and have started buying mediums!!!

Until you get farther along you might just want to buy a larger size of regular jeans. In the last two or three months you really need something elastic because your belly size can change 5" in 5 minutes or at least so it seems!

I used to work in a plus size clothing store and we would get pregnant women buying normal jeans all the time. A lot of women find them more comfortable that the elastic panel.

I only did slacks when pregnant because of my work uniform. The ones with the elastic that has different button holes worked for me.

Also this might help.

They are supposed to let you undo the button and still wear the pants. Also you can use a piece of string or buy the fancy ones from maternity places to attach the button to the button hole an inch of so away. That way your are more secure.

Try the Bella Band. It's a band of elastic material that you wear around your hips to hold up your regular pants. You can unbutton your pants and no one will ever see! It looks like you just have an undershirt on that covers the top of your pants. I've also found mine useful for the end of pregnancy - now all my shirts are getting too short, and I can wear it under them to cover my belly. It's very stretchy and fits me just as well now as it did at 8 wks pregnant.

You can find them on ebay - it's much cheaper than buying a bunch of maternity clothes that don't really fit!

Also - you may want to put off with maternity clothes as long as possible. I originally bought some in sizes XS/S, and now I've outgrown all my size M maternity clothes too. If I had waited a little longer, I may have bought sizes that fit longer! (It all depends on how much weight you gain though, and how quickly.)

Try JC Penney. I got maternity pants there and had to get an extra large. I usually wear a size 7. I grew out of them by 7 months.

get a bella band. i dont have one but i have these strechy tube top things that work the same. it covers the top of your jeans and just looks like you have another shirt on underneath ur shirt. also u can use the rubber band trick if you already have a long shirt on. just put the rubberband thru the button hole and loop it around the button.

im 22 weeks and cant button up any of my jeans but i still havent bought maternity pants yet.

motherhood maternity has a wonderful thing that helps button jeans and cover the section where the zipper is

i cant remember what it's called though

it's a piece of elastic with a button on one side and button hole on the other and it comes with 2 pieces of fabric that go over it and lay under the zipper of your pants

aside from that just get some draw string pants and sweat and pajama pants for now

Try Ebay.

Also, you can buy this thing called a Bella Band and just wear your old jeans unbuttoned, and wear the bella band over, and then a top over that.

You can get your bella band on ebay for cheap, too!

my sister is in your same boat she is 5 ft tall and weighs about 100 pounds she had to buy reg pants and jeans (not maternity) and she would take a rubber band and wrap it around the button then pull it through the button hole and back around the button.. i hope that makes sense... thats all she could do to keep her pants up....

I have a small waist as well, when I was pregnant, I shopped at Target for my maternity things. I guess it might be worth a try.
