I think Weinerschnizle (spell?) because it gives MAJOR heartburn and the runs. I think those two things are a harsh punishment.

As far as cooking goes, Hell would welcome those FLAME-BROILED burgers.
Service wise, Hardee's has the worst service I ever saw. Can;t get it right for nothin'!
Both have good burgers though. And KFC has to take #1 if you are asking for PLAIN OLD WINGS, no BBQ! Hubby asked for some wings, no sauce. They would have given him the 'fake, boneless' kind with no sauce. But they would NOT give him the bone-in wings without blobbing on the BBQ sauce. He argued with 3 counter clerks, then the manager. Finally, the manager said some &)(*&)(&-)_(&^$^## words and told the clerk to give him the wings, no sauce. She handed them over, looked at me, and replied, "How in the world do you live with this man? I wouldn't make it 10 minutes!" I am still rolling laughing at them both arguing over the skinniest dang piece of chicken there is --- unless you count the last piece over the fence!
