my zune won't turn on?

my zune just won't turn on. when i plug it in its fine but when i unplug it the thing won't turn back on. it won't let my reset it either does anyone know what to do?

I am not sure if this is the problem, but did you know that you have to hold the play/pause button down for a few seconds to turn it on?
