History paper help!!?

ok i have to do a speech for history class and we are studying WW2 and the teacher is making us do an opening statement as if we were lawyers and i have to do mine over Defending the U.S., Britain, and France because they are accused of Negligence during the war because they didn't stop Hitler and Stalin and it is due on Monday. and it has to be around 2 minutes long

so can someone help me because i cant think of anything to put in it as it is it is late now because i was supposed to have it done today and i got yelled at by my teacher
