No, but it might be possible to get a ferry.

Heya, I'm also doing the same as you - I'm assuming this is for the football yes? The only package deals we found were for Corfu (Aegina/Zante had already gone), which leaves us with the following:

Get Ferry from Lefkimi (4 miles from Aspros Kavos) to Igoumenitsa on the mainland, then get a 7-8 hour bus journey into Athens.

So far, we'll only be getting on the deck on the ferry and this costs between 5/6 euros, then the bus into Athens will cost 33 euros. I think a flight will cost you about 60 euros, all in.

As far as I know it's not possible to ferry from Corfu to Pireaus directly but I'm still looking at other options.

There are NO direct ferries from Corfu to Athens.

Be careful with your spelling ( ferry ) there's a silly debate going on at the moment in society and culture about a misplaced s or z
