Just started tanning again last week.. This is my 3rd tanning session in a LONG time... Kinda new at this... Also, I'm light skinned.

"Sizzle" gives a little tingle when applied and after the tanning process. I'm sure you know - but I have to say - tanning is bad for you!
But, if you are going to tan, be safe. Sizzle tanning lotion is really for "advanced tanners". If you're really light-skinned, I'd try a different type of lotion.

u probably shouldn`t use the tingle lotions just yet, as they are very powerful...they contain ingredients that increase your blood circulation to promote optimal tanning...they cause a reddening & heating of the skin, the degree of which depends on what level of tingle the lotion contains...it`s recommended that u use them only after u have established a good base tan, &if u don`t have sensitive skin...

i would go with the spf and then baby oil as an excelerator. the healthiest thing for your skin though, is to really use an spf at least 30 spf at all times when in the sun. as far as tanning bed lotions, they usually have natural bronzers in them. they get activated by the tanning beds. not to mention their very expensive. i wouldnt waste ur money and waste it for out door use. u cant use outdoor lotions in the tanning beds. it ruins the beds.
