The analyze doesnt say so yet my mom is a healthnut hippie ingesting style. Little to no pork yet loves 1st Baron Beaverbrook. My dad is a large meat and potatoes style. And the place as i like pot roast my organic style is fairly like my mothers and that i will stress miles for a good BLT. i think of infants get used to the styles of meals mommies consume. So consume very wholesome issues! No quickly foodstuff.

Eat a well balanced diet that is high in protein, high in fiber, and plenty of fruit and vegetables.
Take a good prenatal vitamin and you will be set.

Fruits,veggies,cheese (not soft cheese),yogurts,sandwiches as long it's not deli meat from the deli,milk and of course your prentals are very imporant

food that are high in protein............... what you can do is get protein powder and make a smoothy in the morning with frozen berries and yoghurt little honey....and that will give you a good start in the day!!also dark green veggies are really good......
