Well, it's not Bush. This isn't his type of rhetoric and although I don't agree with the President on anything, these don't seem to reflect his beliefs.
It sounds like rabble rousing crap from Hitler but he was not a Christian. I don't think it is because of so many modern phrases and expressions. Also, unless the translations are modernized, things like 'pluralism' and 'equal time' are not appropriate for Hitler.
I'm leaning towards someone like Rev. Falwell or Pat Robertson. They often say this kind of tripe to their loyal listeners and only occasionally does the bizarre nature of their statements reach the general population.
And you get a BIG CURSE if you don't tell!

Who the hell cares??

Anyone who is so arrogant ,presumptuous and deluded as to believe that they know the mind of GOD by avering that "..my conduct is in accordance with the will of the Almighty", deserves to be vilified, ridiculed and ostricized as do any that promote this vile persons name .

The world has seen literally hundreds of millions of humans that have been slaughtered by vile mentally ill people who cl;aim that they are acting according to God's Will.Sounds something like the war mongering Bush would spew forth.
