I haven't been following that crap, how in GOD's name could there be so much confusion about who a child's father is.

As long as Anna Nicole was alive Howard K. Stern was the baby's father. He was listed on the birth certificate which by law made him her father. A new birth certificate had to be issued when DNA proved otherwise...

The mother has the right to declare her partner the father if she chooses to and at the beginning I believe Birkhead was all about the publicity. I hope he understands that having this child forever is different than fighting for her. It's not all about him anymore...It is about Dannilynn...

I feel sorry for him, it's the mother that should hide her face from the world. She was one sick ***** and Howard was right not to release the baby to her. The DNA test had to happen though, because you couldn't expect Howard to release the baby to everyone claiming to be the dad. Birkhead is even defending Stern now.

Yes, That's very humiliating because he really sincerely believed that he was the only man she had been with when her daughter was conceived. I wonder why she told him it was his.
