Omg Omg Omg !!!!!!! No - you just have to watch eurotrash. My excuse is always - I am learning ethnic diversity and tolerance for my neighbors as I live in the hood. I have a very good mixture of peoples from all over the world. It is the neatest place I have ever lived. I sometimes say I have to rush home to watch Jerry Springer to see what my neighbors are doing today.

Its ok... Stay Calm. This is what you need to do....
1- Locate the TV remote. Should no remote be available, please make your way quickly but calmly to the TV set.
2-Carefully change the channel.
3-If the bad TV programmes are persistent, you will have to switch it off and return at another hour.
This should solve the dilemma. In future, avoid the channel at this time in the evening.
