Sure. Just remember to check out the feedback of the seller. A lot of times people on ebay will try to pass fake or damaged items off for the real thing. Be aware of that too and don't pay too much for shipping!
Good luck!

The best part is 'transparency' and the ability to be able to check multiple options before proceeding with your purchase.
Yes, great deals can surely be found on ebay, mainly because of the low overheads as compared to having a bricks-and-mortar business. The competition also helps in keeping the prices attractive for the buyer.
If you find the item you seek being sold for 100$ + 20$ shipping and if another vendor is offering you the same ditto item for 80$ + 5$ shipping, the choice would be obvious.
However, the better part is that you are also able to research the sellers before you make your payment. In the above example, if the former seller has 100 or more positive feedbacks and no negative feedbacks while the latter has more negative feedbacks than positive, you probably want to go with the first seller even if you land up paying a few extra dollars.
Good Luck,

Although ebay is a great place to find bargains be aware that there are "FAKE" goods around however i have bought some clothes on ebay and they are top notch.
IMPORTANT: Many sellers do not offer refunds so make sure that you get the correct size for you.
Also check feedback from the seller as this gives a great insight into what the items they sell are like i.e are they fakes etc.

ebay is a great place to shop, u just have to be careful & research especially the seller by checking the feedback to see what kind of service (or lack of) u can expect...always read thru the auction description to make sure u understand fully what you`re buying/bidding on & to be familiar with the seller`s shipping & refund policies...i have fortunately had very few bad incidents when dealing with transactions on ebay, & i started in 2001!!! i think it`s great, u can find so many unusual items & also good bargains too!!! but also, if u are like me, once in a while u end up bidding too much for stuff that u just have to have!!! so, along with the good...comes the bad!!!

Ebay is a good place to get clothes, but you have to do your research on what you're bidding on and the person selling it, because a lot of people sell that stuff cheap because it's fake. Other than that, ebay is one of my favorite places to buy shoes and shirts for less than what you would pay at the mall.

Yes & no. Need to make sure on what you are bidding on, the shipping cost, and the feedback of the saler.
I alway do a google seach on the make or model to check going retail price.
I have found some that was cheaper then eBay.
Just be smart and do your reseach.

If you get a good deal (they don't over charge the shipping), and its in good/perfect condition, yes its a good way to shop for some people.
I got a tote bag I've been wanting forever on there for $7 and it sells for like $50 in the stores.

Yeah sometimes you can get lucky you just have to be careful. Make sure you read exactly what it is they are selling and check the sellers rating, make sure it is at least over 95% positive. You can get ripped off and get fake merchandise.

It's great if you're looking for weird and obscure stuff, but the last few years or so, people have caught on to 'craze' and I rarely am able to find bitchin' deals anymore. It seems like so much of what people list, is inflated "but it now" or "Reserve" prices. So, it's great to find rare stuff, but be prepared to spend.

Could also be fraudulent stuff. I would never shop on the web. I'd rather go to the store "feel" the stuff, try it on and (of course) wait for it to go on sale. It pretty much always does.
