I have a '91 Plymouth Sundance that idles fast and the check engine light is on. I don't have a list of the codes or the meanings, and can't seem to find any online for free.

You can take your car to an Autozone parts store or an Aamco Transmission shop and have them 'pull' the code. (I'm sure other parts stores will do this as well, but I know that both AAmco and AutoZone will do it for free). Both will do so for free and tell you what the code means. If you want to go beyond that in terms of diagnosis Aamco will charge you for the additional diagnosis. Autozone may recommend a part based on the code. You can take their recommendations or re-post with the code to see if anyone has had any experience with that fault code

hope that helps
