I hear all these stories about all these girls loosing their virginity at age 12, 13 and 14!! I can't beleive it. (unless you were raped that is different). It is not even legal! I can't beleive it. I am in 8th grade and there are 3 girls that are pregnant!!!!!!
Listen to this:
My nextdoor neighbor who is 11 years old is developed and has had her period. She lost her virginity. She is 11 years old! She lost it to a 14 year old boy. I can't beleive it! She told me this because she is sort of my friend. I am shocked. How can someone that young have sex? 11 year olds shouldn't even know what sex is! Anyone agree with me? Who else has heard of or is someone that lost their virginity at a young age and regrets it?
P.S I am really sorry if i am affending anyone. Please forgive me i just don't really get it. Please tell me why you lost your virginity at a certain age. Thanks everyone. All answers are open!

I am waiting until my wedding night! It will be much more magical. I agree with Blondie though a lot of girls are pressured.

Baby Girl, I am standing and applauding for you loudly!!!*woop woop!!!!* Do not apologize. If someone is offended by it, it is because they know it is true.
I have to go. My baby boy is fussing for me...but I was 28 when I had him.
Bye! Stay strong and save it for a man who is willing to marry you before you give him the goods.

Hold onto it as long as you can girl. It is the one thing you have to give the man you love and you can only give it once. I got engaged at 16 to my now husband and I was the only vergin I knew. My Husband new I had strict rules. We were engaged for two years before we kissed. I was soooo afraid of F#@K'N up my life like all my friends did. My friends could never hang out or were to tired for being up with a baby all night. I'm proud to say that I lost mine on my honeymoom(it was hard to wait but I made it). 9 months later we had our son. I was 23. If he will wait that long for it, you know that he is the kind of guy they write fairy tales about. We have 3 kids now and hope to have 2-3 more. He treats me great!!! I am what they call a kept woman.(spoiled) Like I say if you want you Prince make sure he is willing to love you for better or for worse. I have been with my husband for half my life 16 years andhave been married for almost 9 of those. Everyone calls up perfect. we still hold hands like a dating couple.LOL

Well, I haven't lost mine... I'm only 13. But, two of my cousins have lost theirs. One of them is I think 17 or 18, and she has a one year old baby. My other cousin, her sister, is 16 or 17, and she had her baby around Christmas-time. All of my relatives live in Washington, so we usually see each other for the major holidays. Since they've had the babies, they haven't showed up at all. The last time I saw them was in August for my grandma's funeral. Sometimes I just get really mad, thinking about how those choices potentially can ruin their futures. Their high school even has an on-site daycare...

You are right, its crazy now. When I was 11, I was 11..... I was playing baribie dolls, not having sex with boys. I cant beleive it. There were no prgnant girls in my middle school and only 2 or 3 in high school. I am not really a conservitive, but I blame all the sexy things kids see on tv and hear on the radio. How are they suposed when they are listeing to the Pussy cat dolls and seeing how they behave... they think they should do that stuff. Parents should educate their kids on sex, babies, birth control... you cant count on the schools to do it....

i lost my virginity at 15. i was raised in a super strict catholic family and i wanted nothing more to be grown and get the hell out of that house. i was also constantly criticized for being too immature for my age. i thought having sex would make me grown and mature. i also thought it would make me cool and make people like me more. i wanted to see their reaction, they used to say "oh, my God u r not a virgin, u seem so innocent" i thought it was some form of acceptance. it was also a conversation starter because now i had "mature" things to talk about. i had a boyfriend and a wonderful sex life.
u see i grew up being bullied by my parents, teachers, relatives, and other kids. so i wanted people to stop.
i guess they were right i was a bit immature now that i look back and see why i did what i did.
i wish i thought like u back then.

Well, I've not lost mine with a guy yet...I'm 16 and I guess I'm just looking for the right guy still. :)
So I have nothing to regret. BUT I do know a LOT of girls like that and many tell me that they do not REGRET it, but that they just don't think the guy was worth it. So yeah...Hope this helps a little.
peace out.

Is nice to see a question from somebody genuinely disturbed about current trends in under-age sex. It is a combination of bad parenting and exposure to inappropriate images on TV and other visual media. To a lesser degree, it is also young girls wanting to appear "cool" to their friends
