You can sue anyone you wish. If the food you ate was tainted, you may have a valid food poisoning claim. If you were injured when you slipped and fell in your puke, you may or may not have a claim against the food company, depending on the circumstances.

Nope. Your body performs a known, gross function and it would be your fault for not throwing up in the sink or corner. You could only sue and the company issued a recall and you didn't find out in time. Then you could blame them for the vomit and build off of that.

Yes, but it's doubtful you'd win. First you have to prove it was their food that caused you to become ill. They will argue you were already sick and should have picked more sensible food, as fast food is a poor choice for an upset stomach.
Next you have to prove your slipping was due to their negligence. They will argue that since the vomit was from your mouth you should have foreseen the hazard.
Then they'll ask the judge for you to pay for their lawyers since it was a frivolous case.
