Get the yellow pages and look for one of the mom & pop owned ones because the majors (Avis, National, Hertz, etc.) won't rent to anyone under 21 and if you're under 25, you're going to be paying a small fortune.

most of the rental cars places will rent a car to person under 25, but over 21
you just have to pay more... like $25 a day more

now if your in Miltary being 18 will not be problem.

otherwise if your under 21 your stuck... Sorry
