well i like this guy he is super outgoing but in the one class we have together he always talks to this ugly girl.........and just ignores me and not to sound snobby but i am better looking than her and i m nice and he says hey brittany ill talk to you it makes me mad!!!

First off, the phrase he uses is likely because you resemble or dress similar to Brittany Spears (high level fashionista type). However, if he were worth your time, he wouldn't use that name.
Sometimes a person has to face that what they want isn't always what the other person wants.
Perhaps he sees something special in this girl's personality that he doesn't see in you. Perhaps you need to learn to know the other girl, that way you can see if she's more cool than you originally gave her credit for. This is often the case in Middle School and High School (many people in these grade levels tend to let someone's appearance dictate who that person is and how they think).
The end of it all, it comes down to being who YOU are, don't let this guy get you down; there are plenty more fish in the sea, hon.

Get over it...
If this girl is as ugly as you seem to think she is (which I highly doubt is really true...) than she might need that little boost in her day of a guy...who I am guessing a good-looking one, talking to her. Those things really can make a difference!
As far as the guy goes...YAY for him! He seems like a good catch, so try not to be a yucky girl about trivial stuff...it may wreck your chances with him!

I am not Doctor Ruth, but I play one on TV. OK, so I am not an expert but if you want to get someones attention the best way to get it is to ignore them. You want to give them a challenge.

Either he really likes the other girl, or he is just trying to make you jealous because he gets a kick out of your reaction.
My advice would be to stop reacting and see if he gets curious enough to approach you.

Personality is what catches a guys eye, not mainly looks, only certain guys do that. Jealousy is what it is, try talking to other people, I'm sure there are other guys to talk to.
