Why is my fish's eye so purple?

It has a purple eye and i do not know what to do. Please Help!!

Sometimes it has to do with the food that you are giving it, the fish might be having a reaction to it. Other times the fish may be going blind in that eye, and because less blood is being diverted to that eye it turns purple. Other times this may just be a normal thing with the type of fish. On some fish certain parts of their body change colour with maturity.

let me see, i think its natural for a fish to have purple eye. do you say that it only has one purple eye, or 2 purple eyes? if it's one, then there might be something wrong with the fish.

not all fish have the same color eyes.

Your fish is blind in that eye. But dont worry! Fish have bad vision to start with, and they are color blind, and they have two eyes for a reason, right?!

i have a fish too and it got sick because i was feeding it the wrong stuff

you will be able to do extra useful posting this question in "Homework help" or "Biology", however the respond is definite they might. The pink (P) color could must be dominant over yellow(p) eyes. So in case you corssed somebody with PP and one with pp, all the fry could have the alleles Pp, so the pink may be the dominant color.
