Queen Victoria served from 1837-1901. Elizabeth, the present monarch, may also have just as long a reign. She ascended the throne in 1952((her father died in February of 1952),the coronation took place the following year,on June 2,1953.

Elizabeth is not technically a monarch. She is just a figurehead with much social respect and "high" positions, but she has little power in Parliament, if any.
The longest reigning monarch was Queen Victoria, who reigned for 63 years.
Elizabeth has been a Queen for 59 years now.

Considering that her mother lived to 101, she will probably break the record.
