I have some structures, all conditions like ph nitrite and chlorine do not exist 78 degree temp and plenty of tank space. They seem to be very lazy and almost seems as if they are dying? Could I get some advice?

Don't worry about it too much if you just bought them. It's probably just their way of adapting to the new environment. Feed them enough, but not too much and do a water change AT LEAST every 2 weeks (that's vacuuming the gravel and replacing 30-40% of the water). Oscars are messy in general, so you'll need to stay on top of things to make sure the water stays clean. Clean water = less disease.

I've been researching oscars to get one myself and from what I've read, they can pout for quite a while when something changes. It's part of their charm. Just keep an eye on them and keep testing the water. Having the tank in a low traffic area with low or even no lights can help during the acclimation to their new tank. Some people even throw a blanket over the tank.

That is totally and completely normal for Oscars. I have seen the remain that way for up to 3 days after being moved to a new tank. They will also do that and swim funny and all kinds of stuff to scare you out of your mind from time to time and for no apparent reason. I thing they like to clown around that way. Nothing at all to worry about, just give them some time.

This is normal for tiger oscars. When you just purchase them they need atleast a week to get adjusted to their new tank before they start moving around, and even then they dont move around that much.

You didn't mention how big the tank is. When did you get the oscars? They maybe just a little stressed if you just got them.
Give them some time to get use to their new surroundings.

If you just added them, they might be getting used to their new environment. Give them a few days and they'll be swimming.
