I need to know if these are preninuals or annuals. Thanks a lot

There is a 'Super Parfait' series of Dianthus chinensis. Chinese Pinks are biennial or short lived perennials but they tend to decline after the first year so are treated as annuals.

Yes they are a annual. Also you can paste "Super Parfait Strawberry" into Yahoo and it will bring you to more answers to that very question. Happy Gardening

In Wisconsin they are considered an annual, a member of the dianthus family. I planted them for the first time last year so I don't know if they will come up again. I also planted Arctic fire dianthus which claims to be perrennial... We'll see! They are such pretty flowers I will definitely plant them again! Happy gardening!
