LOL, I would laugh my a$$ off and watch it all unfold. My husband's boss is gay, and flirting would totally work, in this case. If it was a lady and he flirted to get a raise, I would be pissed, not going to lie. Flirting, in my experience, usually leaves you wanting more, and while my husband gets a lot from me, it would be the boss that I would be concerned about. I wouldn't be ok with my husband leading someone on like that, nor would I be ok with the boss knowing that my husband was married and allowing that kind of behavior to continue.

Flirting can lead further than you would want it too.
Since you are married and he has a girlfriend, you are likely to turn the flirting into an emotional affair at the least and into a full affair with very little trouble.
You are married and should not be flirting with anyone outside of your marriage. This type of behavior in a work situation is just too dangerous.

Oh hell No!Flirt w/ your boss & every advantage you get on the job will say i fu*k*d my boss to get this job.Where do you work, anyway? Shouldn't you be acting professional?Or do you work in a place where anything goes.Either way, you're an insult to your co-workers.You're married? How would you like to see your husband on here asking the same thing. Also, he has a girlfriend. How would like to be her right now?But if you're contented in just being the workplace 'joke'(& that's only one of the names you'll get) then i say go for it.

Flirting in general is not harmful and may be very healthy although I strongly advise against playing with fire if your married. Unless both you and your husband are in agreement that this is the type of behavior that will edify your relationship stay away from it girl. The last thing you need is a crazy girlfriend in your face and a very hurt husband who has lost trust in you.

Only if you know you will get in trouble, you will lose your job and you will earn an unpleasant reputation...for starters.
If you don't care and consider flirting with a married man "innocent", then you have A LOT of growing up to do!

I'm just as guilty of it. My boss is cute and flirty but we both know somehow not to go past the flirty stage. Once it goes past that you might not like the results. Say you crossed the line and decided you didn't like him like you thought you did. Then you're stuck pleasing him whether you like it or not. He would get mad and make your life hell if you back out after you started an affair.

Sorry but no flirting is ever harmless. Are you that void of self-esteem and excitement in your life that you need to flirt with someone who isn't even available? Sad.

No, it's not okay. He is your boss. Keep your relationship on a professional level. If you want to flirt with someone, flirt with your husband.

Even if you're both single, never flirt with your boss. You put your boss in a very bad situation if someone else decides to file sexual harassment.
