We are trying to use two monitor's and need to know how to get a toolbar on the secound monitor.

Assuming you are talking about the Windows taskbar, you can only have it on one monitor at a time, unless you're using a panning mode in which part of it would be on each monitor, or a clone mode in which both monitors show the exact same image. If you right click an empty spot on the task bar you can uncheck "lock the taskbar" and can then click and drag it onto another monitor.

You don't, dual monitors is just an extension of the first one (to my knowledge anyway). You can try downloading YODM3D. This is a 3D desktop manager. You'll have four desktops and best of all, it's free of charge. You can google it and find it pretty quickly. It's very small, I think around 3MB.

Drag it over to the monitor you want it on.

Make sure you unlock it first.
