Its not cute and I don't like it very much.
In fact your whine make me want to punch you in the face just so you don't make that god awful noise. It sounds like a wounded camel trying to give birth.
Its cuter when you don't speak. And you do not look anyone in the eyes.

Because your face gets all red, your ears start to wiggle, your nostrils flare, your arms are flying all over the place, and you cuss like a drunken sailor. And then you get mad!!!
