Help With Science Project?

For my science class at school, I have to build something that will run for thirty seconds. Then when the thirty seconds are up, it has to make a noise. It can't be any kind of clock or stopwatch. Any ideas are much appreciated!!!

a fuse. make it last for thirty seconds and lead to something explosive.

anykind of bug with alkaline on it if you stick it to a small lightbulb it will light up then I guess for noise you can hear the bug burn or squeal to try and get away

I don't suggest that you catch one but I think bugs like wasps have it
