The Nokia N73 (3.2mp) is a brilliant camera phone..they come with a 2 year warranty so you should with pick up a clean second hand one with 1yrs warranty left for your budget....
I've mine running with flickr I can take a picture anywhere and have it posted on the web in less than 20 seconds without having to go near a computer....
If your into video, pictures, music and web make sure your on a real 3g HSPDA mobile network.....3 is the best option at the moment as there network is the fastest..
There's about 500,000 peope using flickr and a nokia N series handset...
the k800i is another option but the screen isin't as good and it's not as nice to surf the web or navigate throught the menus...
Get your self any nokia N Series you won't regret..

A good idea is to look at some older phones that were cutting edge about a year or two ago. That way you get a good phone with all the goodies that not many people are interested in now. Like the Nokia 6630, Motorola L7, Razor.

I like the Nokia 6280 or 6288 phones, but this is a personal matter. Best to go into a store to touch the phones and see them demonstrated before you buy.

the motorola razr is currently £30 off in argos and is only £50, I've got one, 'tis amazing.
