I get into serious moods for no reason, I stress out at my partner for no reason and usually want to be alone. I have lost most of the interest i once held in sex. I dont want to go out and do anything I just wanna stay in and not be bothered. I feel Scruffy and not a part of the living world. I feel like i wanna break down and cry most of the time. I really dotn understand whats going on.

You are clinically depressed. I know, because I felt that way for years before I got help. This is a medical condition and not something wrong with your mind. A chemical inbalance can cause this and so can heredity. Is anyone in your family depressed? If so, you are more likely to be suseptible to it. Medication works great. It has changed my LIFE! I take a low dose of Paxil and feel like a new person. A good counselor can also help alot. Talk to your family doctor and if he/she can't prescribe something for you, he/she can put you in touch with someone who can. Don't wait! You desereve to feel better!

sounds like depression. Had any drastic changes lately, death of a loved one, or any major stresses added to your life lately? Maybe it's genetic (which often-times occur at a similar age through the generations), maybe just the season's change triggered it. There are many web sites and other resources if you want to kind of diagnose yourself (just be sure to check that it's a reliable source).
It's deemed "depression" and not just the "blues" if you feel like you described the majority of the time, for 2 weeks.
If you want to treat it, you might benefit from counseling, changing your diet, or possibly medication.

Depression? Without more details about you and your life, it's hard to say.
I'd recommend a good therapist, pastor, or counselor. In the meantime, get active. Volunteer, take up an extreme sport, schedule a vacation or a movie date or something else to look forward to and keep the date. If you are unhappy, something in your life needs to change to get you out of your rut.

It sounds like you are suffering from clinical depression. Life may seem bad now, but with counsilling and anti-depressents, doctors can have you back to your old self again very soon. You need to see your doctor as soon as possible so that you can turn things around. In a few months these problems will all seem like a distant memory.

You have all the classic signs of depression. Get in to see your doc and talk to him/her about what is going on with you and make up a plan with the doc as to the best course of action for you.

Your depressed! Cheer up Charlie!

I just heard this joke and it made me laugh! Hope it helps you! :)

A confused 9 year old boy asks his mother…
"Is God male or female?"
After thinking for a moment, his mother responds,” Well God is both male and female."

This confuses the little boy, so he asks, "Is God black or white?"
"Well, God is both black and white."
This further confuses the boy so he asks, "Is God gay or straight?"
At this the mother is getting concerned, but answers nonetheless,
"Honey, God is both gay and straight."

At this the boy's face lights up with understanding and he triumphantly asks...

"Is God Michael Jackson?"
