Just for decorum sake I rather keep just one senator in my pocket. I mean how would it look if I was out in public and the three Reps started fighting over how to split the last dollar evenly?
I might get arrested for indecent pants activity.

I would rather put the money into the President pocket instead. He has the power to grant "PARDONS" if I choose to commit a crime later on the down the road.
