I don't think so.
It's important to distinguish between the Iranian people and their bitter, hate-filled rulers. Iran and the United States are natural allies. Together, they helped anchor the peace in the region, until religious fanatics seized power in 1979, removing a king who had brought prosperity and stability to their country, and replacing him with war and turmoil. Iran should be the most prosperous country in the region, but instead millions of its people have died in needless wars and most of its people today live in poverty, seemingly left behind by the 21st Century.
I'm not an Iranian, but I believe that the majority of people in Iran desire to have a rich Islamic faith while living in peace with their neighbors, benefitting from the wealth with which God has blessed their country, and welcoming the support of other peace-loving nations like the United States. They are blocked from this goal by their narrow-minded, intolerant rulers whose thoughts are consumed in hatred and vengeance. Perhaps one day soon Iran will emerge from the present Dark Age to again take its place as the great nation it once was.

Most Iranians are not wild; maybe they are too tame, since they don't stand up and throw out the tyrannical government they so dislike. I suspect the same may be true in Iraq; too many nice people who are afraid to defend themselves from predators. I hope the US is not going to follow that model.

Well, I live in Brazil, inside AMERICA, that is a continent, not a country.
I'm brazilian, so I'm american and I'm sure that iranians are not my enemies. Brazilians don't attack foreign territories, brazilians don't try to rule the world, brazilians don't make movies to provoke the hatred in arabs, brazilians don't threaten to use nuclear weapons...
