for me it was about a year but it depends on how close you get to the manager waitresses or whoever and they have to remember you and what you usually get when you go there all the time.

As soon as they begin to know what you always get. I know at this one place i go to now one worker knows what I always get on my sub, so I could even say "give me the usual". I don't though.
