My dr said that is was fine, and my Non stress test said that one of my twins has 2 bumbs ( which means contractions). How fall along do you think i have. Am so nervous, because its my first pregnancy.

You might be having braxton Hicks or you could be like me My water broke and I waited 7 hrs for contractions to start and they never did so I wasnt sure if I was in labor so I went to get checked and sure enough it was my water that had broke and they had to give me potosin to help me along. If your worried It wont hurt to get checked.

What you are having are Braxton-Hicks contractions which are practice for labor. Mine are also sometimes painful.

Your real contractions will be regular and never quit and gradually increase until they are only minutes apart. Then you know it's time to go!

Because you are carrying twins you might deliver a week or two earlier, so it's awesome you are at 33 and a half weeks and going strong. Congratulations!

braxton hicks are said to be more uncomfortable with a twin pregnancy ,even sore so it could just be that but there is a higher risk of premature birth with multiples due to the extra strain on your uterus so you should continue to be vigilant and don't hesitate to go to your doctor if in any doubt. you could also benefit from a support girdle ask your doc to refer you to a physio to be fitted as the joints and ligaments in your pelvis stretch and loosen they can cause real discomfort in your pelvic area and a support girdle will help lift and support your bump and so take the strain of them

You are experiencing "Braxton hicks"; when your contractions get 5-7 minutes apart head to the hospital. GOOD LUCK!
