i'm not sure what it's called but it's this move that ciara does where she bends back and she goes really low. that's my fav to do!

i luv doing seconds(turns). that is nearly a fautee(dont recognize a thanks to spell it) yet you dont come into pase each and each and every time you turn.you could attempt with diverse seems of the seconds like an attitude turn. i can do about 5 or 6 of those, yet i nonetheless am engaged on extra. good luck!
