Yes she broke the law.She was born just like we were by her mother.When she dies she will take as much as we do with her.The only difference between her and most people is that she had parents that had money.She has money by parents not by anything she has done.Example the Simple Life would have been a joke if I was the star!My parents were just average people making a average wage or maybe even less than average wage.If she was raised by average people she wouldn't even be concidered very pretty in my opinion.I think she is a spoiled brat that needs to understand that she is not above the law or more important than you or me!!

Yes, not for 45 days, but for 90 as an average person will. Why 45, cause she's Paris? So what, she's a drug user and probably has AIDS. She needs to grow up and know not everyone loves her. If she changed her behaviour maybe more peope would like her.

Being a celebrity only means that you have fame amongst other people, it doesn't and shouldn't ever entitle you to break a law or get away with doing so. I think that Ms. Hilton should be charged and convicted as would anyone else that committed this crime -if she is old enough to do the crime, then she is old enough to do the time.

If she does not comply with the law, she should go to jail. As far as the law goes, she should be treated the same as anyone else. However, she won't be treated the same and I am sure she will not go to jail for this.

An everyday person may feel as if she or he has no other option than to drive even with a suspended license. However there is really no excuse for this if one can afford a car and driver as P.H. can.

Yes, Too many celebs get away with DUI. Not only was she let off on her initial charge, but to completely disregard the mild slap on the hand she received by driving her car while on probation, shows that she has complete disregard for the legal system. Make an example of her!

It is a serious problem. It is difficult for most people to quit. No one can be forced into quitting. Luckily she has not killed anyone.

yes, because we all have the same rights, privileges and penalties. just because shes famous doesn't mean she can't escape jail, as well as many other celebs who have not gotten in trouble for drug abuse and other things. every person who is driving recklessly and doing bad things deserves to go to jail. sorry Paris, but if i was in control, you would have already been living the "simple life" of a convict junkie.
