no they dont and i have no idea why you would care its not like you even have to pay taxes, lol!

Homeless people have no place of abode and are usually broke with no means of support - people won't hire a person with no fixed address - so (a) how does a homeless person pay taxes and (b) why should a homeless person pay taxes if he has no place of abode and uses none of the public services usually taken for granted by people with a home. Do you want him to pay taxes on his cardboard box or on the tiny piece of ground his cardboard box occupies

For what? They have no income so they wouldn't have to pay income tax...they own no property so they wouldn't have to pay property tax. BUT if they get some money and buy something, they would likely be paying sales tax if what they bought at the store was an item that carried a sales tax.

I hope not. That would end my world. Give the homeless money even if they spend it on liquor. The bible say the poor need to forget their memories so allow them their wine. Give. Try harder.

I don't see how they can. Well, I was homeless & I'm disabled, & they STILL expected me to pay credit card debt with no money!

.No they don't have to pay taxes, they don't have jobs to be taxed, they don't own property, they don't own a car. They might have kids but w/o a job...how can they?!

Actually yes. If they want any help in housing or help with food, they do have to pay for it. So kind of.
